Jonathon Beard is a consultant at Public Sector Consultants. Prior to joining PSC in 2010, Mr. Beard worked as a legislative fellow with the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. He also worked as a research assistant with the Land Policy Institute at Michigan State University on strategic planning, economic development, and new economy initiatives. Mr. Beard has also been employed as a researcher for a Michigan-based environmental engineering company where he was involved with environmental site assessments, remediation, and redevelopment projects.

Mr. Beard holds a BS with honors in Environmental Studies and Agriscience, with a concentration in Environmental Science and Policy and a specialization in Environmental Economics, from Michigan State University.
